（中央社記者黃名璽台北31日電）立法院長王金平今天表示，立法院能否處理或如何處理課綱案，「是有討論的餘地」。
反課綱微調學生訴求立法院開臨時會，王金平上午應邀在國家文官學院演講前受訪表示，如果引用高級中學法，就等於這是行政規範；如果還配合其他，如高級中等教育法或相關規定，也有人認為即使是行政命令，應送立法院備查，當然如果送到立法院，立法院有權決定是否改為審查，「是有討論的餘地」。
媒體追問，課綱微調前未以行政命令送立法院？他說，課綱微調是行政規定，教育部認為這是根據法律規定，應屬行政規範。
王金平表示，日前與教育部長吳思華交換意見時，他請教育部研究該如何處理，立法院也會研究，然後再會商。至於該如何落幕？他說，「我們也在想，也在思考」。
至於這個事件會不會影響中國國民黨選情？王金平表示，無法評估選情問題。1040731
